More often than not, it’s the most important upgrade when modifying any vehicle, particularly when building one for off-road use. Without a proper lift, many trails become unnecessarily hazardous, as difficult terrain can easily damage your vehicle’s undersides when riding at factory height. Also, without the proper lift, you wont be able to fit more capable tires under your rig. Jeep owners are fortunate in this regard. The aftermarket is teeming with lift kits for almost every application. That said, we’re all too aware that it can be a daunting task selecting the right kit. In our opinion, the additional 4-inch ride height is a great starting point: it’s the most applicable for general trail use and also allows use of the popular 35-inch tire. The kits we collected all stay within that 4-inch range, along with offering several unique features. Hopefully, one of them points you in the right direction.
