Late Fall Adventures: Gear Up, Explore, and Share Your Journey

We are headed into my favorite time of year: LATE FALL! That means cool crisp mornings rolling into the perfect temp mid-day, and crisp evenings sitting around the campfire in a puffy jacket with friends chatting about the day’s adventures. This time of the year, I spend a lot of time hanging around Swan Valley on the South Fork of the Snake fishing and making plans for fall and winter steelhead trips around the PNW.

Where have your adventures taken you so far this year? Have you been staying close to home or getting out and exploring new places? Do you have something epic planned? Let us know—and send us your pictures and share your stories with us!

Our November/December issue has a little of everything. You will find an article from the Centerforce Adventure Run, Part 2 of “The Top End in the Outback,” and much more. You’ll meet Jake Winterton’s one of a kind LJ10 Jimny, a fully outfitted Tundra, ARB’s purpose-built 4Runner, and a wild desert-raced F-2000.

We’ve also got a great highlight on a Roush-built F-150, a massive amount of tech articles, and a special mini-magazine for your page-flipping pleasure.

And don’t forget about all our great columns, including Made the Cut, Tread on Trails, Outfitted, and Gear Box. They each feature the latest accessories you need when you’re out on the road (or trail) and highlight a great place for your next off-road adventure.

Thank you all for being a part of the TREAD community! If you have some amazing trip pics to share, go to Tread.com to upload photos, memorable moments, and more! Now BUILD RAD STUFF & EXPLORE MORE!

Please feel free to reach out to me directly as well if you have an epic build or adventure planned. Email dence@engaged.media and share what you have!

Happy trails,
