This is a photo of my 2009 Lexus GX470 at the iconic Top of The World location in Moab, Utah. The Milkyway is in full display prominent right behind it. I drove up this track solo on the back end of my Moab trip, and camped out at the top to achieve this shot. Driving out on the ledge is unnerving as-is for many, but having to do it in the dark by myself was a bit.... exciting. Astrophotgraphy is a passion of mine, so having an opportunity to combine offroading and astrophotography like this is always a bit exciting for me!

After a Long Day exploring Death Valley in 130 degree heat the Racetrack Playa came into site. It was sweet relief after a day of exploded shocks and broken battery terminals from months of dirt roads in the area. My Macgyver skills tested and now rewarded with grand views and mysterious moving rocks called sailing stones. A dream for any adventurer or photographer.
